Series Industrial scales WM

Industrial scales WM are original group of scales designed for control production processes, for example: signaling systems, metering systems, control technology equipment, etc. described on website www.mensor.pl section Indication and Dosing Control Systems. They are standard equipped with a USB output, optional RS232, RS485 and relay output to control external devices.
MENSOR company performs design of these systems, provides consulting and designs adaptations of scales in order to meet specific production process requirements.
The main difference amount industrial scales type WM, in respect to similar scales on the market is their high resistance to mechanical overload and high reliability. (For this reason, we given a 5-year warranty on transducers).
In the scales with the larger measuring ranges up to 400kg instead of the strange gauge load cells are used inductive measuring beams which are also much more resistant to overload.
Industrial scales WM are made of accuracy class III, that means 3000 plot with additional 5 times higher resolution (15 000 plot). These scales can be used as a laboratory scales, if they do not need high resolution and there is no need for many specialized functions, which are equipped with typical laboratory scales. WM type scales are equipped with two optional relay outputs, signaling a sound and can be used to build signaling systems and dosing. It is also possible to modify the design to suit the requirements of the technological process.

Laboratory scales LWN

Laboratory scales LWN have resolution 30 000 – we planned to increase the resolution to 60 000 Measuring ranges of these scales are in the range of 0 - 20g to 0 - 30kg. Their applications are justified in the case of high-assurance requirements of the measurement results and with a low costs. Automatic calibration system is here replaced by manual covers standard mass for weighing platform. This operation is possible for small ranges up to 30kg, in this case calibration mass is 10kg.
LWN Laboratory scales are normally equipped with a USB output and optional RS232 and RS485. They may be powered by Li-ion battery, which allows for 50 hours of continuous operation. This battery is charged via a standard power supply. Laboratory scales LWN as industrial scales are characterized of high resistance to overload and high operational reliability

Precision scales LWM

The commonly used term precision scales generally concerns small scales with small ranges and high precision operation. New design solutions in the field of transducers of mass made by MENSOR company, allowed the extension of the concept of precision scales of the high capacity and large dimensions, that mean II class of scales.
The possibility of designing precision II class scales with high capacity is a result of research inter alia funded by the Secretariat EUROSTARS of EU . This type of scales are now produced only by METLER company - but they are based on completely different principles of operation
Precision scales LWM hve resolution 30 000 as the scales LWN, (it is planned to increase the resolution to 60, 000), they differ from automatic calibration and large measuring ranges (over 30kg). Measuring transmitter of LWM scales allows to calibrate the scales with high capacity using small patterns of mass - this is the original design solution in the world.
Current maximum measuring range of precision scales are 250kg, there is a possibility to design special ranges up to 400kg. Type Approval Certificate LWM scales is being prepared.

In relation to electronic scales available on the market precisely scales LWM differ in the following areas:

• the scales with small ranges are equipped with inductive measuring beams that provide a much higher mechanical resistance to overload them the corresponding scales based on permanent magnet actuator - thus it can be used in industrial control systems of technological processes
• the scales with high capacity are unique group in the market, previously produced only by METLER company - for example, scales with capacity of 150 kg despite significant overall dimensions of the platform, is used herein, the precise scale II class.
